This property was left vacant for many years with no intent to restore. Fitz Construction stepped up to the task to bring this older double shotgun home, and convert it into a 3 bed 2 bath single family home. Original Heart Pine flooring was restored, 12' ceilings, and plenty of reclaimed touches throughout.
