Fitz Construction was awarded the project to fully renovate 2 rooftop terraces at a large high end residential condominium complex.

The 2 terraces were to be completely demolished and fully rebuilt. 

​

All landscaping was to be removed and salved during the construction period and reinstalled. All new planter beds, pavers, seating, etc were installed.

Beautiful project and it was ranked top 10 spots to see the view of New Orleans.
